We are delighted to welcome you to the Summer 2019 edition of Heart International. This is an especially important edition for us, as it is our first as the official journal of the Complex Cardiovascular Catheter Therapeutics: Advanced Endovascular and Coronary Intervention Global Summit (C3) conference. One of our Editors-in-Chief, Dr Magdi El-Omar, outlines this exciting new partnership, along with our acquisition of the journal and his plans for the future of the journal in his Letter from the Editor.
